I used a product called "Sticker On" that I picked up at my local dealer. Using soft cotton cloth clean the area to receive the sticker with Sticker On, just like you use Windex on a window. Spray some more Sticker on the surface, peel the backing from the sticker, lay it on the surface, align it (it can be moved around on the liquid), holding the sticker in place with one hand use a cloth in the other hand to rub the sticker down with all strokes starting in the center and moving toward the edge. This pushes the liquid and air out from under the sticker. Let set overnight. Can't tell the difference between my application and the factory application.

Thanks Dr. Zee. Iheard of using a detergent solution but I wasn't sure if that would be compatible with the adhesive. I'll see if I can locate the sticker on around here. If not I'll be in touch to get info on your dealer. Thanks again , Windowpane

Use lots and lots of Windex,,,,I replaced the faring stickers on my bike after pulling them off....just to see what it would look like,,,,i should have just looked at the PICTURES board and saved $60.00
Good luck
